Returning Policy

How to request a return
The intention or need to request a return should always be reported to Mercati srl online via the Returns section within your personal area or by contacting us by email at info@wdlifestyle.it.
Upon receipt of the request, Mercati srl will evaluate it and send a reply with acceptance or denial as appropriate, together with detailed instructions on how to make the return. No returns will be accepted unless previously authorised in writing.
Requests for replacements or returns for purchases made in physical shops must be made at the shop where the purchase was made (producing proof of purchase) and not via the online sales site.

 

Requirements for a Refund
All returned products must retain the characteristics they had at the time of purchase, i.e. they must be in "like new" condition and ready for resale. They must bear all original seals, labels, boxes or wrappings intact. If this important requirement is not met, the product will be considered "used" and will therefore be returned to the sender with the transport costs charged or withheld with a penalty ranging from 60% to 80% of the purchase value depending on the condition of arrival of the returned product.

 

Transport Costs for Returns
The cost of transport for returns in the event of reconsideration (right of withdrawal exercisable within 14 days) is always borne by the customer, who may choose the courier they prefer for the return.
The refund will be made after receipt and verification of the product's integrity. In any case, shipping costs incurred for the purchase will not be refunded.
In the event that the customer, at the time of purchase, has taken advantage of free shipping, the cost (at the time of purchase not incurred as an incentive) of shipping will be deducted from the refund only in the event that the total amount of goods, not returned (and therefore remaining with the customer), does not exceed the value for which free shipping is claimed.
